01Overview

Digital evidence is fragile. How it is collected decides whether it counts.

AI Technoverse Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is a cyber forensic company based in Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, with more than twenty years of combined casework behind our examiners. We recover, examine and document digital evidence for corporates, law firms, banks, insurers and law enforcement — across computer and mobile forensics, image and video authentication, deep web and dark net monitoring, white collar investigations and financial fraud analytics.

Every engagement runs on forensic images rather than original media, under a documented chain of custody, hash-verified from acquisition to the signed report. We do not handle cases in India alone: we take on matters outside the country as well, with remote acquisition or on-site travel wherever the evidence sits. What you receive is a report you can act on — findings stated plainly, exhibits hashed and indexed, and an examiner who can defend the work under cross-examination.

02What We Do

Services we offer.

Most matters need more than one of these. They are listed separately because the tooling differs, not because they are sold separately.

Computer Forensics

Write-blocked imaging and examination of laptops, desktops, servers, external drives and cloud storage. Deleted files, mailbox reconstruction, USB and exfiltration history, and the traces left behind by wiping tools and tampered timestamps.

Mobile Forensics

Logical, file-system and physical extraction from Android and iOS handsets, including locked and damaged devices where feasible. WhatsApp and messaging recovery, call and SMS records, app data, and location history for movement reconstruction.

Image and Video Forensics

Authentication, enhancement and analysis of photographs, CCTV footage and recordings. Tamper and deepfake detection, DVR recovery, frame-level enhancement for faces and number plates, and metadata examination for source attribution.

Deep Web and Dark Net Monitoring

Structured surveillance of dark net markets, paste sites, leak sites and closed forums for credentials, customer data, brand impersonation and threats naming your organisation, with everything found captured and preserved as evidence.

White Collar Investigations

Discreet internal enquiries into employee misconduct, IP and data theft, conflict of interest, kickbacks and vendor collusion. Multi-custodian email, chat and document review, reported for disciplinary, arbitration or litigation use.

Financial Fraud Analytics

Transaction-level analysis that follows the money. Fund diversion and siphoning across accounts and entities, ledger and ERP reconciliation, payroll and vendor fraud detection, and quantified loss statements backed by exhibits.

03How We Work

From first call to expert testimony.

The same five stages run on every case, whether it is one phone or forty custodians.

  1. Consultation and scoping

We understand the incident, work out which devices matter, and tell you what to preserve. Scope and cost are agreed before work starts.

  2. Evidence acquisition

Devices are received under signed custody and imaged with write blockers. Every image is hash-verified and the original stays sealed.

  3. Examination and analysis

Deleted files, chats, logs and records are recovered and correlated across devices until the timeline holds together.

  4. Reporting

You receive a written report with methodology, hash values, exhibits and findings, in language a judge or a board can read.

  5. Expert support

If the matter proceeds, the same examiner supports it with affidavits, clarifications to counsel and testimony as needed.

05FAQ

Cyber Forensic Company in Vashi

01 What does a cyber forensic company actually do?

It recovers, examines and documents digital evidence in a way that stands up to legal or regulatory scrutiny. That means acquiring data from devices and accounts without altering it, analysing what happened and when, and producing a report that another examiner could verify independently.

02 Will your report be accepted in an Indian court?

Our reports are prepared to meet evidentiary requirements, including the certificate contemplated under Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act and its successor provisions, with hash verification and a documented chain of custody. Admissibility is ultimately decided by the court, but the report is written so that nothing in our handling gives the other side a reason to challenge it.

03 Can you recover data that was deleted or from a device that is damaged?

Very often, yes. Deleted files usually remain recoverable until the space is overwritten, and chat databases retain records long after a user deletes a conversation. Physically damaged media and locked handsets depend on the specific fault and model — we assess the device first and tell you honestly what is recoverable before you commit to the work.

04 What should we do immediately after we suspect an incident?

Stop using the device and do not let anyone else use it. Do not switch it on, do not run antivirus, do not let IT reimage it, and do not attempt recovery with consumer software — each of those overwrites evidence. Note who had access and when, preserve relevant logs and CCTV before they rotate, and call us. Preservation advice over the phone costs you nothing.

05 How long does a forensic examination take?

A single phone or laptop with a focused question is typically a few working days. Multi-device matters, large mailboxes, video enhancement or multi-year transaction analysis run longer. We give you a timeline after scoping, and urgent preservation is always done first even when the analysis will take weeks.

06 Is our data kept confidential?

Yes. Every engagement runs under an NDA, case data is stored encrypted with access limited to the assigned examiners, and our handling is governed by our ISO 27001:2022 certified information security processes. Data is returned or securely destroyed at the end of the agreed retention period.

07 Do you handle cases outside Navi Mumbai?

Yes. The lab is in Vashi and we work across Mumbai, Thane and Pune regularly, with travel for on-site acquisition elsewhere in India. We also take on matters outside India, handled remotely or on site as the case requires. Devices can be couriered under a documented chain of custody where travel is not practical.

08 How much does a cyber forensic investigation cost?

It depends on the number of devices, the volume of data and whether expert testimony is needed. We scope the matter first and quote a fixed price for a defined scope rather than billing open-ended hours. The initial consultation to work out what you need is free.
