Cyber Security Institute in Vashi

Our cyber security course in Vashi, Navi Mumbai runs in two levels. The Certified Cyber Security Foundation takes you from how networks and systems actually work through to modern threats, defence, monitoring and incident response. The Certified Penetration Testing Professional then moves you to the offensive side, testing networks, web applications, APIs, mobile and thick client software the way a real engagement runs.

Both levels are taught by people who do this work for clients, so sessions run on the tools the job actually uses against lab targets rather than slides. You can take the foundation on its own, go straight to the advanced track if you already have the grounding, or work through both in sequence.

Certified Cyber Security Foundation

50 Hours · 25 sessions of 2 hours

A beginner-to-intermediate programme that builds practical cyber security knowledge through theory, demonstrations, hands-on labs and real-world case studies.

Cyber Security Course in Vashi

What is the difference between CCSF and CPTP?

CCSF is the foundation. It covers how systems, networks and applications work and how they are attacked and defended, and it is aimed at getting you to an entry-level security role. CPTP is the advanced track: 120 hours of offensive testing across network, web, API, mobile and thick client targets, ending in a full engagement you scope, execute and report on.

Do I have to complete CCSF before joining CPTP?

Not necessarily. If you already work in IT and are comfortable with networking, Linux and the command line, we can assess you straight into CPTP. If any of that is shaky, start with CCSF, because the advanced track moves quickly and assumes the foundation is already there.

Do I need to bring my own laptop?

Yes. Bring a machine with at least 8 GB of RAM, 60 GB free disk space and administrator rights so you can run the lab virtual machines. The same applies to online batches. The lab targets, tool set and practice environments are provided by us.

Who will be the trainer?

A working security engineer from our services team rather than a full-time lecturer. The people who run assessments and incident response for clients take the sessions, which is why the attack material and tooling stay current.

How many days a week is the training held?

Both levels run as two-hour sessions, 25 of them for CCSF and 60 for CPTP, spread across weekday evening batches and weekend batches. Tell us which pattern suits you and we will place you in the next matching cohort.

What if I miss a lecture?

Let the trainer know in advance. You can sit that session again when the next batch reaches it, or arrange a catch-up to cover what you missed before the labs move on. Nobody is left to work it out from notes alone.

Which tools will I actually use?

CCSF works with Wireshark, Nmap and Burp Suite among others. CPTP extends into the full assessment tool set across network, web, API, mobile and thick client testing, plus the reporting workflow that turns findings into something a client can act on.

Is the training available online?

Yes. Every session runs as a live online cohort as well as an offline batch at our Vashi centre. Online students build the same lab on their own machines with the trainer on the call.

What do I get at the end?

A certificate for the level you complete, issued by AI Technoverse Infotech Pvt. Ltd., along with the capstone work you produced. CPTP students finish with a full set of VAPT reports and a client presentation that doubles as a portfolio.
